About the author (2013)

Srinivaas M. (MS) is a B.Tech from IIT Chennai and a Post Graduate in Management (PGDM) from IIM Bangalore. MS is a co-founder & Managing Director of Master Mentors Advisory Pvt Ltd., a management consulting company, promoted by experienced alumni of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) and Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) with a collective corporate experience of over 300 years of which over 100 years is at CXO level He has over 20 years of rich corporate experience in leading Indian and Multinational Organizations like BPL Limited, Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd., Bausch & Lomb India Ltd., HCL Infosystems Ltd etc., including over 3 years as Managing Director of a BSE listed Indian IT company. Having worked in challenging roles across various functions like Sales, Marketing and General Management in senior levels of organizations, he has a tremendous understanding of the corporate environment. Being an avid reader and a keen observer, Srinivas has accumulated a wealth of learning and experience, not only from his experiences, but also through his observations and interactions with professionals from a number of leading organizations.
