I haven't read the book yet, however, I am reading the preview of the book and let me tell you, I've learnt more in those 86 pages than I've ever learnt from a teacher or another book. This book is long story short AMAZING. it faces many problems and consequences that we have to go through every day and sometimes we use the quick methods that only solve the problem temporarily and forgets about the long term effects. I am definitely planning on purchasing this books soon,
This book is life-changing. Seriously. Not a fan of the title, this isn't "habits" like start the day chanting a mantra or take good notes in meetings. These "habits" are ways you can look at yourself and change your life.
