CHARLES S. WASSON, BSEE, MBA, is a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). His professional experience includes over thirty years of leadership in program/project management; system, hardware, and software development; and training with several Fortune 500 companies.
