PURCHASES. Said (purchaser), in conformity to the said order, hath, on the day of the date hereof, paid unto the said Deputy Remembrancer the said sum of £ in full of the said purchase money for the said hereditaments. AND WHEREAS the said Deputy Remembrancer hath, at the request of the parties hereto, perused and settled, and hath approved of these presents engrossed on skins of parchment, and in testimony of his approbation of the same hath set his name in the margin of each of the first of the said skins, and his name and

TOGETHER with all [houses, out-houses, buildings, General apbarns, stables, coach-houses, dove-houses, yards, gardens, ways, paths, passages, orchards, ponds, waters, land covered with water, water-courses, timber and other trees, woods, underwoods, rights and privileges of common of every kind, and all] and of all manner of [other] rights, privileges, advantages, appendances, and appurtenances, whatsoever, to the said hereditaments and premises, or any part thereof belonging, or in any wise appertaining, or reputed or deemed so to be, or with the same or any part thereof, now or heretofore holden, used, occupied, or enjoyed. AND all the estate, right, title, interest, use, trust, property, possession, possibility, claim and demand whatsoever, both at law and in equity, of them the said (deputy remembrancer) and (debtor) respectively, in, to, out of, upon, or concerning the same
