About the author (2005)

Bittersweet story of a woman finding truth, while dealing with life’s most difficult choices.  Although she relishes most of her childhood memories that help shape individuality, she shares some very painful situations including alcoholism and a childhood molestation incident, which help exacerbate mostly disheartening adult relationship mistakes. Growing up impoverished and experiencing further setbacks such as teenage and even adult molestation she still manages to breakthrough all the obstacles, and achieve a lifelong dream of acquiring a college education.  Finally experiencing mental along with physical healing from some bad relationship choices, she made the ultimate choice that proved to be the most difficult yet fulfilling decision which encompassed caring for a disabled and infirmed parent.  This leads to the conclusion that there is a profound cause and effect for all of life''''s favorable as well as unfavorable outcomes.  Finally after reversing some of the debilitating effects of an aging parent for a few years, she finds healing for herself in the process.  Then very unexpectedly other debilitating health disasters started to occur, but she still triumphs through the hard times.  Never wavering in my faith while ultimately concluding that most of us exhibit inadequate knowledge in today’s fast pace and continually changing society. As she documents her mother’s care as well as her own self-care, she researches numerous supplements and their purposes. She further finds long-term dietary principals or habits along with exercise, as well as a continuous essential cleansing program for the body may contribute to sustaining an overall healthy life.  Not only do these principals contribute to a disease free life, but also a healthy mental state which results in lifelong success and an overall positive view of  life even as she ages.
