I would highly recommend everyone read this book. Amazing that which the book talks about is part of what the Sufi's have been practicing and teaching. It is also part of what The Holy Prophet (May Peace and Blessings be Upon Him, His Family and Companions) taught those who transcended to spiritual heights never heard of before.
If not for undertaking a spiritual journey, at least you owe to yourselves to help make sense of your own-selves to live a better life. Free yourselves from the shackles of fear, hate, negativity and all that is dark.
