RESOLUTIONS OF THE

UNITED STATES CIRCUIT COURT,

DISTRICT OF NEBRASKA.

OMAHA, NEB., December 28th, 1897.

November term, Tuesday morning.

Court open pursuant to adjournment.

Present-Hon. William H. Munger, Judge; Hon. George H. Thummel, U. S. Marshal; Oscar B. Hillis, Clerk.

Thereupon the following proceedings are had, to wit: In the death of William B. Sterling, a deceased member of the Bar of this Court.

Now to wit: On this 28th day of December, A.D. 1897, it being a day of the regular November, A.D., 1897, Term of said Court, there is suggested to the Court the death of the late William B. Sterling, a practitioner in the Courts of the United States, and former official in one of the federal jurisdictions of the United States.

Thereupon, resolutions of respect are presented to the Court, relating to the death of said decedent, which are in words as follows:
