provisos, and declarations, as the said C. D., by any deed or deeds, writing or writings, with or without power of revocation, to be by him sealed and delivered in the presence of, and attested by two or more witnesses, should, from time to time, direct, limit, or appoint, and until, and also in default of any such direction, limitation, or appointment, To the use of the said C. That, in consideration of the said bond of the said deration is as A. B., bearing even date with these presents, so executed by him the said A. B. as aforesaid, for securing the principal sum of L. and interest, and also in consideration of the sum of L. of lawful money of Great Britain, by the said, &c., to the said, &c., in hand well and truly paid, at or immediately before the sealing and delivery of these presents, which, making together with the said sum of L.
