deeds, matters, conveyances, and assurances in the
law whatsoever, for the better, and more perfectly and
absolutely conveying and assuring the said messuage,
&c., hereinbefore described, and intended to be here-
by released, with their rights, members, and ap-
purtenances, unto and to the use of the said C. D.,
his heirs and assigns, as by the said C. D., his heirs,
executors, administrators, or assigns, or his or their
counsel learned in the law, shall be reasonably ad-
