12. And Mofes fpake before the LORD, Saying, Behold, the children of Ifrael have not hearkened unto me; how then fhall Pharaoh bear me, who am of uncircumcifed lips.

12. Uncircumcifed lips: That is, noteloquent: He complained before of an not being taken aimpediment, which way he calls his Lips Uncircumcifed.

13. And the LORD spake unto Mofes and unto Aaron, and gave them a charge unto the children of Ifrael, and anto Pharaoh king of Egypt; to bring the children of I rael out of the land of Egypt.

came Serpents were swallowed up by the Rod of Aaron And though the Magicians turned Water into Blood, and brought Frogs upon Egypt, we do not find that they were able to turn that Blood into Water, and fend away the Frogs which they had brought upon the Land, as Mofes did (ch. 8. 13.) They were permitted to punish, but had not power to relieve the Egyptians.
