About the author (2020)

M.M. SULPHEY, LLB, MCom, MBA, PhD, is Professor, Department of Human Resource Management, College of Business Administration, Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Al-Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With over three decades of experience in industry and academics, Dr. Sulphey has published books on Disaster Management, Environment Management and Behavioural Finance, and has contributed several research papers in a number of national and international journals in various topics of relevance. He has also presented papers in international conferences on various topics, including Environment Management and Sustainable Development.

AZ-HAR BASHEER, MBA, is Adjunct Faculty at TKM Institute of Management, Kollam, Kerala. His major areas of interest include Business, Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. He is also a consultant and mentor to a number of SMEs. He has published/presented several papers in reputed journals and conferences.
