1. Describe the softening and thinning of the stomach; give its symptoms and results; and state in what case it is most commonly met with. 2. Compare the symptoms of organic disease of the cardiac with those of the pyloric extremity of the stomach.

3. In what class of diseases is the state of the tongue least to be depended on as indicative of the condition of the stomach?

4. Two plates of hyperosteosis of the skull are now submitted to youone of the base, the other of the arch of the skull; in both, the increase of thickness affects but one side of the cranium? What are the symptoms likely to exist in such a case?

5. Give your diagnosis in this case:- -Chronic ascites, absence of œdema of the extremities, enlargement of the spleen, absence of hepatic

tumour.

6. Describe a case of reflex paralysis in disease of the genitourinary system.
