rent for his own use and benefit; and it is hereby agreed that the said intended lease shall contain all usual covenants, and also covenants on the part of the said W. H., that no bricks, tiles, or other wares, shall be made upon the said premises; that the said premises shall not be used as inn, tavern, or public-house; that no trade or manufactory whatsoever shall be carried on, in, or upon said premises; that no gravel or loam shall be dug and sold, or any dilapidations or waste be committed or suffered on any part of the said premises; and that the said W. H. shall and will insure, and keep the said premises insured from fire in the sum of L.

And the said W. H. doth hereby promise and agree Counterpart. to accept and take such lease, and to execute a counterpart thereof, when tendered to him for that purpose, and to pay the said I. C., or his solicitor, the costs and charges of preparing and completing the said lease and a counterpart thereof.

And also, that he, the said W. H., shall and will, Plan. before he shall erect any building upon the said piece of land, submit to the inspection of the said I. C. a plan and elevation of the dwelling-house, out-offices, and apartments thereon to be erected as after-mentioned, for his approbation; and when and so soon as such plan and elevation shall have been approved by him, shall and will forthwith proceed to erect, and, within the space of months then next ensuing, cover in, finish, and complete, in a substantial and workmanlike manner, a good and substantial brick-built messuage or dwelling-house, with suitable chaisehouse, stables, offices, and appurtenances, and fencewalls, agreeably to the said plan so approved, at his, the said W. H.'s, own proper costs and charges; and that the dwelling-house shall be placed at not less

The said C. D., for the considerations hereinafter mentioned, doth hereby, for himself, his executors, and administrators, covenant, promise, and agree to and with the said A. B., his executors and administrators, by these presents, that he, the said C. D., shall and will, during the space of to commence from the day of the date hereof, dwell, continue, and abide in the house of the said A. B., and him, diligently and faithfully serve during the said term in keeping the books of account of him, the said A. B., and in such other employment, business, and affairs, as he, the said A. Agreement between a Master and Servant. Memorandum of Agreement, made, &c., between, &c., as follows:

The said W. M., for the considerations hereinafter from the ser- mentioned, agrees with the said W. S., that he will, during the term or time of, &c., to begin from the date of these presents, serve, abide, and continue with the said W. S., as his servant; and diligently and faithfully, according to the best and utmost of his power, skill, and knowledge, employ himself in, and do and perform all such service and business whatsoever, as well relating to the trade of, &c., which the said W. S. now useth, as in and about such other business, matters, and things whatsoever, as the said W. S. shall from time to time order, direct, and appoint, and that to and for the best profit and advantage of him and them; and that he will in no wise divulge the secrets of the said W. S. relating to the said trade and business; and likewise be just, true, and faithful to him in all matters and things, and also shall and will keep just, true, and faithful accounts of all goods bought and sold, moneys received and paid, and of all other things whatsoever, relating to the business aforesaid, as shall come to or be committed to his care, management, and disposal; and from time to time pay all moneys which he shall receive of or belonging to or by order of the said W. S., his executors or administrators, and make and give up true and fair accounts of all his actings and doings in

the said employments, without fraud or delay, when and as often as he shall be thereto required. And in Covenant consideration of the premises, and of the several from the matters and things by the said W. M. to be performed as aforesaid, the said W. S. hereby agrees with the said W. M., that he, the said W. S., will find and provide for the said W. M., in his dwelling-house, meat, drink, washing, and lodging; and also well and truly pay, or cause to be paid, unto the said W. M. the sum of twenty pounds a-year of lawful money of Great Britain for the first two years of the said term, by equal quarterly payments, and shall and will allow the said W. M. all such charges and expenses in and about the business aforesaid as shall be just and reasonable. M. in his service after the expiration of two years of the said term, or if the said W. M. shall not be willing to serve and continue with the said W. S. after the expiration of the said two years; in either of the said cases, the said parties shall and will give six months' notice of such their minds and intention before the expiration of the said term; and they shall respectively be at liberty, on the one hand, to part with, and on the other to depart; anything in these presents contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
