(To be continued to 18 Richard II. in about 8 volumes.) The Court of the Justiciar was the representative in Ireland of the Curia Regis in England. These abstracts have been made on a uniform plan. The substance of each entry is given in as condensed a form as seemed compatible with shewing all the facts stated. Every name is mentioned and each stage in the proceedings.
