Almighty and merciful God, give ear to the prayers of thy fervant, and as by thy goodness thou haft appointed him to adminifter thefe heavenly myfteries, make him a worthy minifter of thy altar: that what proceeds from his mouth, may be ratified by thy bleffing. Thro'.

Y virtue of this facrament, cleanfe away,

Almighty and most merciful God, who madeft water fpring out of a rock for thy people in their thirst; draw from our ftony hearts the tears of compunction; that we may truly bewail our fins, and, through thy mercy, obtain pardon thereof. Thro'.

merciful God; that this faving facrifice may immediately free thy fervants from all their fins, and protect them from all adverfity. Thro'.
