I request writers to enlighten their source of info they write" Lakhaji Raj gave land for Natinalist school. actually Rajkot was or had very small land or territory. Rajkot had two governing body one was Lakhaji raj ( installed by British) and out side western part of Rail track was British agency Rajkot that rajkot controlled by British and that school was there.
i am from Rajkot i have not heard from anyone that "Lakhaji Raj used to vacant his trone to let Gandhiji sit on it"
No British installed ANY rulers had any courage or ability to stand agaist British governing . this kind of statement by authore reduced the authenticity of book.
Maahtma Gandhiji also never written any where that Rajkot ruler used to wear khadi.
